Easy Pico De Gallo


Pico De Galo


I love pico de gallo! I use it as dip, taco/burrito topper, and even salad dressing. It’s REALLY easy to make. Click here to see the recipe I go by (I change the portions a little bit).


Here’s what I used:


  • 2 containers of diced tomatoes (I like to chop up my own veggies, but I just think it’s easier to buy the tomatoes already diced)
  • 1/3 Red Onion
  • 3/4 Green Pepper
  • Cilantro (to taste – For me, the more the merrier)
  • 1/2 Lemon (juice)
  • 1 tbsp Sea Salt



1. Dice up the vegetables.




2. Combine ingredients.



3. Mix & and enjoy!…As you can see, I stored mine in a Country Crock container. #RecycleAsTupperware LoL! **G.I.G.**
