Get Fit With Me

Hey guys! It’s almost the end of 2012. Can you believe it? This year flew by! Being that 2012 is almost over and the New Year will be here before you know it, I figured I’d start on my New Year’s Resolution early. And, like most women, I want to get in shape. To honest, that’s been an ongoing desire for years. I’ve tried everything from water aerobics to zumba. And, it’s not to say that those exercise routines don’t work, it’s just somehow I always allowed life to interfere with my commitment. I am seriously tired of that! I sincerely want to lead a better life health-wise. I guess that’s why I keep trying year after year…I want it to be a way-of-life.

Subsequently, I’ve decided to seek the help of a trainer. Her name is Abei (pronounced “Abby”). And, she’s not just any trainer; she’s also a certified nutritionist. But, since I don’t want to sell her short, here are all her credentials:

  • ISSA Certified
  • Cooper Institute Certified
  • Law Enforcement Fitness Specialist
  • Certified Nutritionist
  • Certified Fitness Therapist
  • Certified Personal Trainer
  • …and she has a Bachelor’s in Health & Science

So, yeah. That’s who is going to be my accountability partner. I can already see the results!! I’m so excited, and not just about the physical transformations but also the new mindset I will develop in the process. And, all this excitement is not just for me! If you’re in the Savannah area, and you’re interested in joining me in this journey let me know & we can turn it into group workout sessions (e-mail me: melissa@fruitofmybranches.com). If not, no worries, I will be documenting my process here on the blog in hopes to motivate others to make the commitment I’ve chosen. **G.I.G.**

P.S. – If you’re in the Savannah area, but you’d prefer individual workout sessions with Abei, shoot her an e-mail at abei19@hotmail.com for more information.
