A few months ago my brother and I tried out “Best Caribbean Cuisine” for the first time, and it was quite the experience. The staff was warm and welcoming, but most importantly the food was delicious! Just about everything on the menu looked yummy, but I decided to start with the beef patty (it’s like a beef turnover).

The crust was light & flakey and the meat was seasoned perfectly.

For my entrée, I got the Jerk Chicken (w/ Cabbage & Yellow Rice on the side), and my brother got the Turkey Wing (w/ Macaroni & Cheese and Red Beans & Rice as his sides). Prior to the food arriving, the air was filled with conversation and laughter. Afterwards, all you heard at our table was a chorus of “mmm,” “mmm,”  “mmm!”

Here’s a picture of my plate. Although the chicken was covered in a season rub, I requested a mild version of the typically spicy Jerk Chicken.

And, here is Mike’s plate. The turkey wing was scrumptious, and the gravy was packed w/ flavor (it tasted great over the rice).

Once we finished our entrées, we were content; our bellies were full and our taste buds were satisfied. Then, the server brought out some oowee-goowee brownies! So, we had to at least taste them (we couldn’t be rude). LoL!

As you can see, we “tasted” every bite Open-mouthed smile

Overall, we enjoyed our experience . The food was great (start to finish), and the staff was very friendly. The chef even came out to greet us at the end of our meal.
